As you review our submissions to the various
agencies responsible for reviewing our applications, you
will note that there are categories of public and non-public
materials. Certain facility sensitive materials will
be designated as Non-Internet Public (NIP), typically large-format
materials that are publicly available by alternative means,
or as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII). The
CEII designation is utilized to protect the nation’s
energy facilities by limiting the dissemination of detailed
